| REFUGEE RELIEF TAXES (ABOLITION) REPEAL ACT, 2002 70 of 2002 December 24, 2002 An Act to repeal the Refugee Relief Taxes (Abolition) Act, 1973 Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-third Year of the Republic of India as follows :" SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE "This Act may be called the Refugee Relief Taxes (Abolition) Repeal Act, 2002- SECTION 02: REPEAL OF ACT 13 OF 1973 "The Refugee Relief Taxes (Abolition) Act, 1973(13 of 1973) is hereby repealed. |
