| CENTRAL PROVINCES AND BERAR GRANTS IN AID TO LOCAL BODIES (REPEAL) ACT, 1966 13 of 1966 26th May, 1966 An Act to repeal the Central Provinces and Berar Grants in aid to Local Bodies Act, 1939WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Central Provinces and Berar Grants-in-aid to Local Bodies Act, 1939 It is hereby enacted in the Seventeenth Year of the Republic of India as follows SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE C.P.AND BERAR XXXV OF 1939 This Act may be called the Central Provinces and Berar Grants-in-aid to Local Bodies (Repeal) Act, 1966. SECTION 02: REPEAL OF C.P. AND BEAR XXXV OF 1939 The Central Provinces and Berar Grants-in-aid to Local Bodies Act, 1939, is hereby repealed. |
