The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Sections 307, 384 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act. Submission is that though there is allegation of throwing bomb but nobody has been injured and the petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2011. It has also been submitted that identically situated accused Mithun Yadav @ Hareram Kumar @ Hareram Yadav has been admitted to bail by this Court vide Annexure-2.
