IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.926 of 2012 Md. Sohrab @ Sohrab Khan Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- with Criminal Miscellaneous No.1781 of 2012 Md. Shamshad @ Shamshad Ahmad @ Simmo Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 02. 12.01.2012 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences under Section of the Explosive Substances Act. During the raid two persons were apprehended, from one of them two country made live bombs and five containers of tobacco were recovered which were to be used to prepare bombs. The apprehended accused persons disclosed the name of the petitioners. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and the statement to that effect have been made in para 8 and 11 of the petitions. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners namely 1. Md. Sohrab @ Sohrab Khan 2. Md. Shamshad @ Shamshad Ahmad @ Simmo, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S.
