18. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code , sections 25(1-B), 26/35 of the Arms Act and Sections 3 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act. Uncontroverted submission is that identically situated accused persons, namely, Md. Anam, Dipak Rai, Rakesh Kumar, Surendra Manjhi and Shiva Manhi have been admitted to bail by the different orders of this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
