18. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code , sections 25(1-B), 26/35 of the Arms Act and Sections 3 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act. Uncontroverted submission is that identically situated accused persons, namely, Md. Anam, Dipak Rai, Rakesh Kumar, Surendra Manjhi and Shiva Manhi have been admitted to bail by the different orders of this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2541 of 2012 (2) dt.18-01-2012 the petitioner above named is directed to be released on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M./concerned Court, Patna City in connection with Agam Kuan P.S.
