My father was the leagal owner of the land and in 1981 the former (Kaashinath) of that land applied for regestring his name for owner in form No.7, and form no.10. As my father was working at long distance from that property and without notice to my father, the committee ordered the tenent as an occupant. and the said tenant(Kaashinath) was not alive and her mother appiered at the committee and states that 1.Subash and 2.suresh were the leagal survivals of the decesed hence the committee ordered both as occupant.
So please suggest me is their any legal way to fight for it? and my father also expired.
