25. 01-2012 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Mr. Pravin Kumar, Advocate, who was earlier appearing in this case on behalf of O.P.No.2 has refused to accept notice. From the endorsement made on the back portion of the notice sent to him by the office of this Court on 3.12.2011 reading as follows: I had appeared in the abovesaid case and after the disposal of the same the client has taken away the file of the abovesaid Cr.Misc.No. 1284/07. Now I have no instruction from the client, even I am aware with the correct address of my client and therefore, I am not able to receive the notice. it would be clear that Mr. Pravin Kumar has shown his inability to appear in this case any longer. That being so, let fresh notice be issued on O.P.No.2 both under ordinary process as well as registered cover with A/D, for which requisites must be filed within one week, failing which this application, as against him, shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.
