25. 01-2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 186, 431, 380, 427 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that some villagers were protesting against the death of a person by keeping his dead body on NH-83 and when the police reached there, they misbehaved to the police and committed theft. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the basis of visual in the videography being done of the incidence.
