11. 01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case instituted under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that immediately after the coupons in question were stolen/looted, he brought it to the notice of the informant.
