The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of committing theft in the house of sister-in-law of the informant. F.I.R. was lodged against unknown but subsequently it has come that the petitioner was using robbed Nokia Mobile. It is also submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that charge sheet has been submitted, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Buxar (M)P.S.
