24. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 03.09.2011 and no specific overt-act has been attributed against him and it is simply stated that petitioner is an exorcist. It is further submitted by him that having similar allegation, co-accused Dulari Devi and some others have already been granted bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S.
