Judgment:

1. The petitioner m accused No.1. He has been charge-sheeted for the offered punishable under Section. 395, 397 of IPC.

2. From this accused, there m recovery of knife. Similar by placed accused lfcff.3, 4 and 5 have been enlarged on bail by this Court in Criminal Petition No.389/ 2012, dated 07.02.2012.

3. Having regard to the same, I find that the petitioner has be enlarged on bail subject to certain conditions.

4. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Petitioner is enlarged on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) The petitioner shall execute a personal bond for Rs .25,000/- with two solvent sureties for the Hlees sum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

(ii) The petitioner shall regularly attend the Court on hearing dates.
