1. We think that the ruling of the High Court of Bombay in Queen-Empress v. Raja Lakshma 10 B. 230, to which the Sessions Judge refers, is one that should be followed, and that no appeal lay to the Deputy Commissioner. We set aside his order and direct that the order of the first Court be restored.
