1. After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor, in the facts and circumstances of the case. I allow this application and direct that the accused petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 8000/- (Rs. Eight Thousand) with two sureties in the amount of Rs. 4000/- (Rs. Four Thousand) each, to the satisfaction of the trial court with the stipulation to appear before that court or any other court as and when called upon to do so.
