The above revision is filed against the order in M.C.No.197 of 2013 on the file of the Family Court, Irinjalakuda, whereby the wife claimed maintenance under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The Family Court by order dated 16.4.2015 allowed the wife to realise an amount of Rs.5,000/- as litigation cost and Rs.3,500/- as monthly maintenance from September 2003 onwards.
