ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338 of BNS, 2023 r/w. Section 66 D of Information Technology Act in Crime No.45 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner joined hands

with A1, who is brother of the petitioner, involved in online trading scam. The petitioner and others sent an online app and demanded the de facto complainant to invest in the bank accounts furnished by them. Further A5 has directed A1 to arrange the bank account. Accordingly, A1 with the help of A3 opened the bank account and it was also handed over to A1. After money was deposited, on instructions of A5, A1 has transferred the money to other mural accounts and so far no amount is recovered. Further it is reported against his bank account, 26 complaints are already registered. The case is at preliminary stage.

3. This Court earlier dismissed anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner
