3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227
of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeking directions to the Trial Court to hear and dispose of the respondent/plaintiff’s application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 in CS (OS) No. 611/2025 within a time-bound schedule.

5. The Trial Court is proceeding with matters pending before it in
accordance with its own board and pendency of the cases. In such circumstances, it would not be appropriate to pass any directions to the Trial Court to decide the matter within a time bound manner.
6. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Pending
