1. This revision has been filed seeking for a direction to to set aside the fair and decretal order made in R.C.A.No.2 of 2008, dated 8.2.2016, on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority(Principal Sub-Court), Tirunelveli confirming the fair and decretal order made in R.C.O.P.No.9 of 2006, dated 28.3.2007, on the file of the Rent Controller(Principal District Munsif),Tirunelveli.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner has filed an undertaking affidavit before this Court stating that the Petitioner/tenant will vacate the premises in question and hand-over the vacant possession of the same to the respondent/Landlord on or before 31.12.2016.
