smt. sarita paraste versus state & ors.w.p.no.13936/2012 03/09/2012 shri   vijay   kumar   shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner. petitioner   is   working   as   an   assistant   teacher   and   the  charge of superintendent of girls hostel chargaon was given to  the petitioner. by the impugned order, charge of superintendent  of girls hostel is given to respondent no.5 and the petitioner is  being transferred.  inter­alia   contending   that   the   transfer   of   the   petitioner  and   taking   over   of   charge   from   her   is   illegal   and   further  contending   that   in   a   earlier   writ   petition,   this   court   had  interfered   into   the   matter   and   no.  again   petitioner   is   being  transferred   on   same   consideration,   which   was   quashed   in  w.p.no.16651/2011, this writ petition is filed.  it is seen from the records that earlier, when the petitioner  was   transferred   in   the   year   2011   i.e.  29.8.2011,   petitioner  challenged   this   transfer   in   w.p.no..16651/2011.   initially   stay  was   granted   by   this   court   on   29.9.2011   and   finally   the   writ  petition was disposed of vide order annexure­p6 on 13.12.2011  quashing   the   order   of   transfer   dated   29.8.2011   and   granting  liberty   to   the   respondents   to   pass   fresh   orders   as   per  administrative requirement. the impugned order is now passed  on   the   basis   of   the   liberty   granted   to   the   respondents   and,  therefore, on the ground of breach of the earlier order passed by  this court, the impugned action cannot be interfered with.  smt. sarita paraste versus state & ors.the   other   grounds   raised   in   this   writ   petition   for  challenging the order of transfer are the personal inconveniences  of the petitioner and breach of transfer policy, on such grounds,  as judicial review of an administrative  order of transfer is not  permissible,   no   case   is   made   out   for   interference.   that   apart,  petitioner is substantively holding the post of assistant teacher  and by the impugned order, she is only relegated to the said post  after the temporary charge of superintendent of girls hostel is  taken by her. on such ground, interference is not called for. accordingly,   finding   no   case   made   out   for   interference  into the order of transfer on the grounds raised, the petition is  dismissed. Sarita Paraste versus State & ORS.W.P.No.13936/2012 03/09/2012 Shri   Vijay   Kumar   Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Petitioner   is   working   as   an   Assistant   Teacher   and   the  Charge of Superintendent of Girls Hostel Chargaon was given to  the petitioner. By the impugned order, charge of Superintendent  of Girls Hostel is given to Respondent No.5 and the petitioner is  being transferred.  Inter­alia   contending   that   the   transfer   of   the   petitioner  and   taking   over   of   charge   from   her   is   illegal   and   further  contending   that   in   a   earlier   writ   petition,   this   Court   had  interfered   into   the   matter   and   No.  again   petitioner   is   being  transferred   on   same   consideration,   which   was   quashed   in  W.P.No.16651/2011, this writ petition is filed.  It is seen from the records that earlier, when the petitioner  was   transferred   in   the   year   2011   i.e.  29.8.2011,   petitioner  challenged   this   transfer   in   W.P.No..16651/2011.
