Petitioner has been made accused for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and also under Section 18 / 20 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substance Act, in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 334 of 2012, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.1 of 2012. Petitioner was apprehended with 10 KG of gnaga in his possession. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner Devendra Ray is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Koderma, in connection with Koderma P.S.
