05. 31-07-2013 In this I.A., the petitioner has prayed for exemption of payment of more than one set of court fee. It has been submitted that the prayer made in the writ application is identical, and as per the order dated 20.09.2008, passed in WPS No. 2928 of 2008 ( Annexure-1), only one court fee is required to be paid. The objection of the office is, thus, contrary to the said order. Learned J.C. to G.A., appearing on behalf of the respondents, has not controverted the said contention.
