23. 01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are languishing in custody since 27.05.2011 in a case registered under Sections 395 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners along with the others entered into the warehouse of the informant with an intent to commit dacoity when the petitioners were caught on the spot. It is submitted that due to some altercation, the frivolous case was lodged and considering the same other accused persons have been granted bail by this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1155 of 2012 (2) dt.23-01-2012 petitioners be released on bail on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) eachwith two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1 st Class, Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S.
