23. 01-2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 379 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that the gold chain worth Rs. 95,000/- was snatched by one Ravish Kumar who subsequently named this petitioner. A statement has been made in para 13 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner namely Ravi Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.
