23. 01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.11.2011 in a case of misuse initially registered under Sections 147, 323, 452 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code when the petitioner was granted bail. Petitioner absented himself since 10.03.2003. It is submitted that the petitioner went outside the state for earning his livelihood. The petitioner undertakes to appear before the learned court below on each and every date. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1154 of 2012 (2) dt.23-01-2012 learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur at Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 153C/2002.
