19. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.09.2011 in a case registered under Sections 341, 324, 326, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code on the allegation that he gave Bakhua blow that is a sharp cutting weapon to the informant as a result of which the tip of right thumb of the informant was amputated. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
