19. 01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that by settlement of Plot No. 01/03-04 one decimal land was settled. The purcha was issued for settlement the land in favour of Sitaram Bind which was subsequently found to be forged.
