11. 01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant. It is submitted that the case is of matrimonial discord. The petitioner is willing to keep the complainant in her matrimonial home with dignity and honour. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that he does not have proper instruction in this regard and he would seek instruction from the complainant as to whether she is willing to live in her matrimonial home or not. He prays for some time in this regard. Put up this case under the same heading after one week. In the meantime, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No. 1069C of 2010, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Biharsharif, Nalanda.
