in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.43515 of 2011 pintu kumar son of shadeo mahton, r/o village- jagir mohala,p.s. town, district- begusrai. versus the state of bihar ---------------------------------- 2. 12.1.2012. heard learned counsel for the parties. the petitioner is in custody in connection with town p.s.case no.371 of 2011 for the offence punishable under sections 386, 387, 323/34 of the indian penal code. the petitioner along with others has been charged with demanding extortion from the informant. learned counsel for the petitioner, with reference to the f.i.r., submits that nothing specific has been attributed to this petitioner except to accompany the other two co-accused and of which whereas shiv kumar choudhary has been charged with physically assaulting the informant, the other co-accused karo paswan has been charged with decamping with 400 gms of silver. he thus submits that in the absence of specific allegation against the petitioner, he has continued to remain in custody. having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the material on record, 2 let the petitioner pintu kumar be released on bail furnishing bail bond of rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the chief judicial magistrate begusarai in connection with town p.s.case no.371 of 2011. ahk (jyoti saran, j.)
