24. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to implead Md. Nawajesh, son of Wajuddin, as opposite party no. 3 during course of the day. Issue notice to opposite party nos. 2 and 3 at their correct and present address to show cause as to why this application be not heard and preferably disposed of at the time of admission stage itself. Requisites for service of notice under both process, ordinary as well as under registered post with A/D, must be filed within one week from today, failing which this application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.
