24. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Regard being had to this fact that petitioner was caught at the spot with stolen purse, I am not inclined to release him on bail, at least, at this stage. Accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Rail Buxar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2011 pending in the court of Railway Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ara, Bhojpur is, hereby, rejected.
