24. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and, as a matter of fact, he was caught by the informant on mere suspicion while he was traveling on the roof of a bus and on the aforesaid roof of the bus the seized Ganja was recovered. It is further submitted by him that the alleged recovery is lesser than commercial quantity and petitioner is in jail custody since 04.08.2011. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40335 of 2011 (3) dt.24-01-2012 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Balthar P.S.
