24. 01-2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 417, 419, 420, 120B of the I.P.C. It is alleged that one Lalan Kumar was appearing in place of the petitioner in Madhyama examination. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner had no knowledge about Lalan Kumar appearing in the Madhyama examination in his place. Considering the fact that petitioner is a student and he was not caught at the examination centre, let the petitioner namely Anil Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2233 of 2012 (2) dt.24-01-2012 anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S.
