24. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of this petitioner came in this case in course of investigation on the basis of disclosure of this fact that he was using stolen mobile by inserting his sim. Learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards Para-97 of the case diary and submitted that wife of Ranjo Bind had sold the aforesaid mobile set to the petitioner and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
