patna high court cr.misc. no.3330 of 2012 (2) dt.24-01-2012 in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.3330 of 2012 ====================================================== md. suddin, son of md. hakim, resident of village- aurahi, p.s.babubarhi, district- madhubani. .... .... petitioner. versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party. coram: honourable mr. justice gopal prasad oral order (per: honourable mr. justice gopal prasad”24. 01-2012 heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the state. the petitioner has been arrested in connection with babu barhi p.s. case no. 105 of 2011, registered under sections 302, 201, 120b, 379 and 411 of the indian penal code. from perusal of the f.i.r. itself it appears that sahabuddin has found going with two goats of the informant and sahabuddin disclosed that he had taken two goats of the informant and when the daughter of the informant protested then he killed the daughter of the informant. however, only material against the petitioner is that he cooperates in concealing the dead body of the daughter of the informant though, sahabuddin is instrumental in giving the confessional statement with regard to recovery of the dead body of the daughter of the informant.the petitioner is in patna high court cr.misc. no.3330 of 2012 (2) dt.24-01-2012 custody since 04. 08. 2011. having regard to the fact and circumstance, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the chief judicial magistrate, madhubani, in connection with babu barhi p.s.case no. 105 of 2011. 24. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Babu Barhi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2011, registered under Sections 302, 201, 120B, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
