24. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 47 of 2011, registered for offence under Sections 307, 389, 341, 323, 324, 427, 507/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
