16. 01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323 and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of taking sweets without payment of money when credit was refused by the informant, the assault was made causing injury on the head of the informant. A supplementary affidavit has been filed that there is no injury report and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 298/2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra Kumar/-
