in the high court of jharkhand at ranchi w.p.(c). no.2976 of 2013 sarojini memorial trust .... petitioner versus union of india & others ..... respondents ---------- coram: honble mr. justice aparesh kumar singh for the petitioner :mr. rajiv ranjan for the respondents : mr. md. mokhtar khan, a.s.g.i. & j.c. to g.a. 03/ 24.06.2013 learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they have made a representation contained at annexure-14 to the writ application dated 26.3.2013 before the a.i.c.t.e. for reconsidering the request for revisiting / inspection of the petitioner's college/ premises as apparently they have complied with all the deficiencies pointed out by the earlier inspection committee. it is further submitted that if the revisiting is done within a short period of time, the respondents would surely find that the institute has complied with all such direction for removing deficiencies. however, if the representation of the petitioner is not considered then they would loose the current sessions. therefore, petitioner's prays that respondents may consider their representation for revisiting. as prayed for, 4 weeks time is allowed to mr. md. mokhtar khan, a.s.g.i. appearing on behalf of a.i.c.t.e and the ministry of human resources development department, government of india to seek instruction in the matter. in the meantime, it would be open for the respondents to take decision on the representation of the petitioner's, so far as the question of revisiting the petitioner's college is concerned. let a copy of this order be handed over to learned counsel appearing on behalf of a.i.c.t.e. a. mohanty (aparesh kumar singh, j.)
