(pil) no. 3209 of 2010 ---- hikim chandra mahto ....... petitioner vs. the state of jharkhand &ors. respondents ------ coram: hon'ble the chief justice hon'ble mr justice alok singh ------ for the petitioner : mr. a.k. sahani for the respondents: j.c to a.g order no. 08 ------ dated 05th february, 2013 the respondent-state is directed to give up-to-date position of all the issues which include the stage of acquisition of the land as well as with respect to the step taken by about 20 rehabilitation officers for rehabilitating the families as the state has stated at page 9 of the counter affidavit that by august, 2010 altogether 20 rehabilitation officers have been deputed to complete the balance rehabilitation work. with regard to the rest of works, which are yet to be completed, the state may state whether they have taken step or not. the state may also state that if there is no sufficient water then for what reason the decision was taken for construction of the dam. it has also to be explained if some land is yet to be acquired then whether there is any need to acquire the same because according to the state the dam work has already been completed. put up this case after four weeks. copy of this order be given to learned counsel for the state. Respondents ------ CORAM: HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HON'BLE MR JUSTICE ALOK SINGH ------ For the Petitioner : Mr. A.K.
