(oral) petitioners have been granted the technical pay scale as they are working on the technical posts in the light of the instructions issued by the respondents on 09.08.2010 but they have not been granted any arrears, as have been granted to other similarly situated employees who had filed a writ petition in this court, which was allowed and the on the basis of which, the instructions were issued. petitioners contend that the claim, which they have made in the present writ petition, is covered by a judgment passed by this court in cwp no. 17808 of 2011 titled as ishwar singh and others vs. state of haryana and others, decided on 13.02.2012. placing reliance upon the said judgment and the earlier judgments, which have been passed by this court, petitioners submitted a representation dated 10.03.2012 (annexure p-4) to respondents but  till date, no decision thereon has been taken. counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the engineer-in-chief, pwd, public health haryana-respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation dated 10.03.2012 (annexure p-4) within some specified time. without going into the merits of the case or commenting thereon, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the engineer-in-chief, pwd, public health haryana-respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation dated 10.03.2012 (annexure p-4) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. the decision so taken be conveyed to the petitioners forthwith. in case, the petitioners are held entitled to the claim made by them through their representation, the consequential benefits, if any, be released to them, in accordance with law, within a further period of two months.

Petitioners contend that the claim, which they have made in the present writ petition, is covered by a judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 17808 of 2011 titled as Ishwar Singh and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 13.02.2012. Placing reliance upon the said judgment and the earlier judgments, which have been passed by this Court, petitioners submitted a representation dated 10.03.2012 (Annexure P-4) to respondents but  till date, no decision thereon has been taken.

Counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Engineer-in-Chief, PWD, Public Health Haryana-respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representation dated 10.03.2012 (Annexure P-4) within some specified time.

Without going into the merits of the case or commenting thereon, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Engineer-in-Chief, PWD, Public Health Haryana-respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representation dated 10.03.2012 (Annexure P-4) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
