the learned counsel for the appellant submits that the issue in this appeal is pending in the high court of allahabad in the appeal filed as against the impugned order and the high court has already passed an interim order in favour of the appellant. on that ground he wants to withdraw the appeal. accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the issue in this Appeal is pending in the High Court of Allahabad in the Appeal filed as against the impugned order and the High Court has already passed an interim order in favour of the Appellant.
