The applicants have filed this OA under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal's Act, 1985 seeking the following relief:-
“i) To call for the records related to the representations dated 30.01.2011 submitted by the applicants in connection with benefits settled in CA No.1248/2009 decided on 23.6.2010 and to direct the respondents to extend the benefit of re-designation and scale of pay Rs.110-180 revised by the successive pay commission with effect from the date of joining as Coach Attendants with all the attendant service and monetary benefits.”
2. We have heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.
3. In a similar case i.e. OA 1498/2011 the respondents have filed the reply statement along with the copy of the order dated 30.05.2012. Para 5 of the reply statement in OA 1498/2011 reads as under:-
“The Chief Personnel Officer, Southern Railway has advised all the Divisions to comply the claim of similarly placed employees, vide letter dated 30.5.2012. A copy of the letter dated 30.5.2012 is produced herewith and marked as Annexure R3.
Accordingly necessary instructions are already given to concerned sections to comply with the prayer of the applicants in OA Nos. 1498, 1532, 1558, 1564, 1615, 1617/2011, 51,65,66,111,506,552/2012 (12 Oas).”
The letter dated 30.5.2012 reads as under:-
“The above OAs have been filed praying for allotment of pay scale of Rs.110-180 (II PC) to the Coach Attendants/Passenger Attendants/AC Coach Attendants/Passenger Attendants (AC Coaches) etc, in lieu of Rs.75-89 (II PC) already allotted, as ordered by Hon'ble High Court, Delhi vide order dated 1.4.12 in CP No.311//2009 arising from WP No.566/2000 filed by All India Shramik and Coach Attendants Association and others Vs. UOI and Others.
Railway Board vide letter dated 24.2.12 have decided to allow pay scale of Rs.110-180 (AS) to the Coach Attendants during the 2nd Pay Commission period instead of pay scale of Rs.75-89 (AS) and the revised pay scales as recommended by successive Pay Commissions during subsequent period along with all other consequential benefits. Copy of Board's letter has already been circulated as PBC No.81/2012.
In view of the orders of the Railway Board to comply with the orders of the Hon'ble High court of Delhi, similar cases of Coach Attendants/Passenger Attendants pending in your Division seeking similar benefits can be considered for compliance.”
4. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that since the respondents have agreed to grant the relief prayed for by the applicants in this OA, the OA may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to grant the relief within a time frame.

In the above facts and circumstances of the case, we feel that it is fit and proper to direct the respondents to grant the relief to the applicants within a time frame and accordingly, we direct the respondents to grant the relief to the applicants in terms of the Judgment referred to in Para 3 supra, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, the OA is disposed of.
