(as per hon'ble mr. justice p. lakshmana reddy, vice-chairman) 1. heard mr. s. ramakrishna rao, learned counsel for applicant and mr.y. vivekananda swamy, learned standing counsel for the respondents. 2. learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the present applicant stands on the same footing as that of the applicants in o.a. no. 1232 of 2003 and batch and that this tribunal disposed of the said batch of o.as. giving directions to the respondents and the said order has been followed in the subsequent o.as. viz., o.a. nos. 808/07, 809/07, 810/07 and 811/07 and gave directions on 04.12.2007 by this bench and therefore, similar order as passed in those o.as. may be passed in this application also. learned counsel for the respondents has not disputed the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant. 3. in view of the said submissions, this application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider whether the applicant in this application stands on the same footing as that of the applicants in o.a. no. 1232 of 2003 and batch and if the present applicant is similarly placed as that of those applicants in those o.as., the relief granted in the o.a. 1232 of 2003 and batch shall be extended to the present applicant also within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 4. a copy of the common order in o.a. no. 1232 of 2003 and batch dated 28.07.2004 shall be communicated along with this order. a copy of the order in o.a. no. 754/2006 dated 23.11.2007 shall also be communicated to the respondents for their ready reference. 5. in the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs.
Judgment:

1. Heard Mr. S. Ramakrishna Rao, learned counsel for applicant and Mr.Y. Vivekananda Swamy, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the present applicant stands on the same footing as that of the applicants in O.A. No. 1232 of 2003 and batch and that this Tribunal disposed of the said batch of O.As. giving directions to the respondents and the said order has been followed in the subsequent O.As. viz., O.A. Nos. 808/07, 809/07, 810/07 and 811/07 and gave directions on 04.12.2007 by this Bench and therefore, similar order as passed in those O.As. may be passed in this application also. Learned counsel for the respondents has not disputed the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant.

In view of the said submissions, this application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider whether the applicant in this application stands on the same footing as that of the applicants in O.A.
