2/ 11.10.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State. The petitioner has been made accused in Bokaro Steel City P.S case no.174 of 2011 corresponding to G.R No.638 of 2011 for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that the petitioner along-with other culprits were apprehended by the police on a vehicle which was found to be stolen and it also appears that the petitioner and the co-accused persons admitted their involvement in some cases of road robbery , dacoity etc. From the possession of the petitioner, fire arm was also recovered, for which, it appears that separate case was instituted.
