1. It is submitted that the petitioner­husband is in jail for about 10 months in connection with this case, registered under Sections 498A and 323 IPC and Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 

2. Counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail.

3. In the circumstances, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/­ (ten thousand) with  two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial   Magistrate, Palamau in connection with Haidar Nagar P.S. Case No. 60 of 2010, corresponding to G.R. No. 1543 of 2010.
