Judgment:ORDER
1.This application is filed by the respondent no.4 to recall the NBW issued by this court. It is seen from the application that respondent no.4 was hospitalized for heart ailment and as such he was not able to present before the court on the previous hearing date. Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 also submits that the statement of objections is filed. In the circumstances, the application is allowed. NBW issued against respondent no.4 is hereby recalled.
