3. The appellant has been convicted for the offence committed under the Arms Act and was sentenced to undergo five years imprisonment. We are told that he had already undergone 3= years imprisonment and the appeal is still pending before the High Court. Even then the High Court refused to grant bail, pending appeal. We direct that the appellant be released on bail on executing bail bonds to the satisfaction of Fast Track Court No. 2, Munger in Patna, Bihar, pending appeal before the High Court.

4. Criminal Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
