ORDER Background 1. The Applicant filed an RTI Application dt.24.1.11 with the PIO, CLW seeking the certified copies of  documents  regarding   vacancies   of  SC/ST  filled  on  general  merit  and  filled  on  reservation  point,  backlog   vacancies   and   rest   of   the   vacancies   left   after   selection   of   SC/ST   with   regard   to   the  Employment   Notice   No.TS/3/2/(S)pt.XII/06   published   in   the   Telegraph   14.4.06.     He   also   sought  certified copies of documents with regard to the Employment Notice No.TS/3/2/(S)pt.XII/11 dt.8.9.10  and corrigendum dt.3.11.10 and certified copies of documents with regard to the Employment Notice  No.TS/3/2/(S)pt.XII/10(ITI) published in the Employment News 18­24 Sept.2010.  Shri A.P.Dey, CPIO  replied on 7.2.11 enclosing the information furnished  by Principal TTC vide his note dt.4.2.11.  The  Applicant filed an appeal dt.16.2.11 with the Appellate Authority stating that information has not been  provided as per his demand and also sought certified copies of documents free of cost.  Shri Jyoti  Kumar, Appellate Authority replied on 28.2.11 stating that information has been provided as per the  current status.   He, however, directed the Principal, TTC to clarify the system of caste wise quota  followed in engagement of Act Apprentices.   In compliance to the order of the Appellate Authority,  Shri A.P.Dey, CPIO replied on 5.3.11 enclosing the clarification dt.3.3.11 received from the Principal,  TTC.  Being aggrieved with the reply, the Applicant filed a second appeal dt.30.6.11 before CIC Decision

The Commission  accordingly directs the PIO to clarify to the Appellant the apparent contradiction in  the replies provided by the Principal,  dt.4.2.11 and 3.3.11.     The information / clarification should  reach the Appellant on 10.11.11.

The appeal is disposed of with the above directions.
