1 Leave granted.

2. At the time of issuing notice in the matter, having regard to the nature of disputes between two real brothers, a suggestion was made by the Court that the possibility of an amicable settlement of the disputes could be explored between the parties. 3 It is heartening to note that in the process the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre and the Settlement Agreement dated 12.05.2016 has also been drawn up. The parties, their counsel and Shri K.D.Singh, learned Mediator, Supreme Court of India have duly signed the deed. We record our appreciation for the efforts taken by the Mediator and for the cooperation given by the parties and their learned counsel.-. 2 - 4 The appeal is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 12.05.2016. 5 In that view of the matter, nothing survives in First Appeal No.62 of 2012 pending before the High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital and hence the same is also disposed of. Registry to communicate a copy of this Judgment to the High Court. ...................J.
