On     perusal   of   the   submissions   on   record   the   Commission   noted   that   some   of   the   documents  including    as  copy  of his  first  appeal and copy of  his  representation  have not  been   submitted by the Appellant to the Commission. In the absence of these documents the Commission   is not in a position to adjudicate the matter.  The Appellant is therefore given one more opportunity to   file a second appeal   once again enclosing the RTI Application, PIO’s reply,   copy of first appeal,   Appellate Authority’s reply and copy of his representation  so that his case  can be disposed of.   3. The  next hearing in this case will be held on  3.10.11 at 10.30a.m. provided the required   documents are submitted by the Appellant well in time to the Commission. 2. As directed in para 2 of the decision dt.2.9.11, the Appellant submitted the required documents along  with his letter dt.7.9.11.  In his letter, the Appellant stated that he had received the page Nos. 13 and  14 only of the file notings and that copies of pages  1 to 12 have not been  provided and reiterated his  request for the same during the hearing.

The Commission  accordingly directs the PIO to provide copies of  the pages of  file notings bearing  Nos.1 to 12 to the Appellant by 3.11.11.

The appeal is disposed of with the above directions.
