parties pending before Family Court, Malappuram as O.P No.833 of 2018 and M.C No.420 of 2018. Petitioner is unemployed and does not have any source of income. She is residing with her aged parents at Malappuram and there is no one to accompany her all the way up to the Family Court at Pathanamthitta to contest the proceedings. In the circumstances, I am of the opinion that the transfer as sought for can be granted.

4. In the result, the transfer petition is allowed.
